For new, single, and newly-moved parents
Find your village, one park visit at a time.
Post "I'll be at Kiili park at 14:00 with my 13-month-old" — and see who else in your area is doing the same. No swipes, no games, no pressure.
TODAY · 14:00
Humlegården, by the playground
"Me, my 8mo son, our 2yo French bulldog and a thermos of coffee, out for a nap-walk. Shelter at the café if it rains."
— Marta & 8mo Robin
SAT · 10:00
Tantolunden, meet at the kiosk
"Grabbing coffee and a bun, then walking my baby to sleep in the park."
— Emma & 3mo S.
Safe by default
Every parent verifies their ID. Kids' info is minimal: age band only, never photos or schools.
Casual, not committing
Open a slot on your calendar or just post today's park visit. No obligation, ever.
Neighborhood-first
Match by municipality, filter by 1–10 km, or grow your village to nearby towns.
From signing up to coffee in the park.
Five steps. Most parents get through the first four in one evening — and meet someone that same week.

Pick your country and area
Create an account with email, Google or Apple, then search for your municipality — Tallinn, Kiili, Stockholm, Antwerp. Your area decides which parents and meetups you see.
- 02
VERIFY
One-time ID check
A quick document + selfie check keeps Ciruna safe for parents sharing where they'll be with their child. One payment, lifetime badge. The first members in each area get it free.
- 03
PROFILE
Tell us who you are
Add your kids' age bands (0–1 up to 18+), the languages you speak, and your interests: parenting style, life stage, activities, faith. This is what powers matching and filters.
- 04
MEET
Post or join a meetup
"I'll be at the park at 14:00 with my 8-month-old." Pick a public place on the map, set a time, and it appears in your neighbourhood feed. Or filter other parents' meetups, RSVP them and just show up.
- 05
GROW
Follow, invite, repeat
Follow parents you clicked with, get notified when they post, and turn one park walk into a regular circle. Premium members can browse all nearby profiles and send private meetup invites.
You can browse counts in your area before you verify. Full profiles and meetups unlock after ID verification.
Everything you need to find your people.
Neighbourhood feed
Today's and this week's meetups in your municipality, plus nearby areas within 25 km when your own is still quiet.
Smart filters
Filter by age band, language, and interests by category. Only tags that at least two parents in your area actually use show up.
Verified parents only
Every profile and meetup detail is ID-verified. Unverified visitors see counts only — never names, places, or times.
Map-based places
Meetups are pinned to real public places: parks, playgrounds, cafés. No home addresses, ever.
Private invites
Premium members can browse nearby parents and send a "here are three times and places" invite. The other parent accepts, suggests another, or ignores.
Local moderators
Each area can have volunteer moderators who welcome new parents, keep things kind, and handle reports.
Notifications
Push and email nudges when a meetup pops up near you, someone joins yours, or an invite arrives.
Your language
Estonian, Swedish, Dutch and English throughout — including the parents you filter for by language.
